Kyle Chambliss, 27, was driving in Plainfield, New Jersey, on Sunday 17th July. Police received a report of a disorderly man driving through the North Wood Avenue.
Police arrived at 4:21am and saw Kyle Chambliss talking loudly on his phone whilst sitting in a vehicle. The police reported that they smelt alcohol on Kyle Chambliss and requested him to exit his vehicle.
The police asked Chambliss to put down his phone, Kyle responded aggressively towards the officers.
The police told the 27-year-old that he was being put under arrest, Kyle replied to the officers that he had to poop himself and proceeded to defecate himself in his pants in an attempt to stall the police officers.
The officers made an attempt to handcuff kyle, the suspect flung his arm towards the officer hitting him in the chest, he also reportedly kicked another officer.
He was pepper sprayed to subdue him and was eventually arrested.
Kyle Chambliss argued he had difficulty breathing and required medical assistance, he was taken to Trinitas Hospital and later released back to the police.
Kyle Chambliss was struck with several charges including two counts of aggravated assault on a police officer, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. He is currently being held in Union County Jail with a $65,000(£50,000) bail.
