Mark Yearwood, 42, from Stuart, Florida uses a wanted picture posted by Stuart Police Department as a joke, the picture ends up getting him caught.
Mark Yearwood was wanted as he had two warrant for his arrest, violation of probation on two counts of battery.
On Monday night, 29th August, the Stuart Police received a call from a witness who suspected Mark being involved in a disturbance.
The police investigated Mark Yearwood's facebook profile where they were astounded to find him proudly displaying his wanted status, which he had posted on the 2nd of March 2016.
The police located mark on Tuesday, 30th August, as they were apprehending Mr. Yearwood, a bag of Marijuana fell out of his pants.
He was arrested for violating his probation and received an additional charge of possessing of cannabis under 20 grams.
