A watering station located in Deptford, South East London, England, was raided by locals who were stealing Buxton water bottles which were left for the marathon runners.
The video shows a gang of locals grabbing water bottles out their palettes and inside large duffle bags. Some can be seen carrying away water bottles by hand. Women pushing pushchairs are also in the midst trying to steal the sought after water bottles.
Two toddlers are stabbing in the middle of the chaos in confusion looking at the rowdy people with their heads and hands inside the water bottle pallets.
later in the video show marathon runners walking past, knowing that their chances are slim in quenching their thirst.
Volunteers who were handing out the water bottles walk away in their helpless situation.
