Court documents have revealed, Bryan Alwine, 47, has been charged with voyeurism after his tenants found his hidden camera inside a bathroom pointing towards the toilet.
Bryan who resides in Elkhart, Indiana, had two female tenants in his home he was renting out. On October 2015 the female tenants discovered a black shoe box, hidden inside the bathroom closet. The camera was placed opposite the toilet and had a clear view of any activity on the lavatory.
The female tenants discovered wires going down a hole in the bathroom closet into the basement below where Bryon lived. The female residents contacted the police, the police issued a warrant for his arrest.
Bryan evaded arrest for over a year but was caught shoplifting on Monday the 2nd of January 2017, during his arrest, Elkhart Police discovered he was a wanted man.
Bryan Alwine stated he placed the camera in the bathroom as to make sure the tenants weren't stealing, he was booked in the Elkhart County Correctional Facility on $16,000 bail.
