On Wednesday, April 5th, 41-year-old Tabbatha Kaye Mature, New Baltimore, Michigan, was arrested after she allegedly choked a teenage girl for blocking her view of the fireworks at Disneyland in Orlando, Florida.
At approximately 9:30 pm, Tabbatha was sitting with her family to watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks show, in front of her was a group of out of state high school also waiting for the show to start.
When the fireworks show began the students got up to get a better view of the entertainment, Tabbatha's family complained that they could not see the show. The police report states that at this time Tabbatha became noticeably aggravated", the high school students decided to leave, they told the family, the victim told Tabbatha "you can take our spot".
Tabbatha grabbed the girl by her neck, pushed her head to the ground and squeezed. Tabbatha let go when the girl screamed, she told the girl, “You don’t want to mess with me,” before the victim escaped.
The victim and a friend reported the incident to a Walt Disney World employee.
Tabbatha Kaye Mature was arrested and charged with child abuse, she was booked into Orange County Jail and released after paying her $2000 bond.
