On Tuesday, April 18th, 41-year-old Matthew Crain was arrested after he sprayed his 16-year-old neighbor in the face with a bug repellant when he walked by her window.
At approximately 10.00 am the police were called to the 2300 block of West Fourth Street, in Sioux City, Iowa, after they received a report of a teenage victim being assaulted with a bug spray.
The girl reported to the police that Matthew walked past her home, she was near an open window, Matthew reached through the window holding a can of bug repellant and proceeded to spray the 16-year-old in the face.
Matthew was found in the area, he was interviewed regarding the situation, he admitted to the incident after stating that he and his neighbors had ongoing issues.
Matthew Crain was arrested and charged with a class C felony, which is a second-degree burglary, he was booked into Woodbury County Jail.
