
On Wednesday, May 10th, 29-year-old Barry Robert Baker Jr mocked a 22-year-old man whilst he was walking into a 7-eleven in West Chester, Pennsylvania, later he sucker-punched the man suffering from the disability.
Surveillance footage outside of the convenience store shows the incident, at approximately 2:30 am the victim walked out of his vehicle and entered the 7-Eleven. Barry noticed the man and began to mock the man's disability after he walked into the store.
As the victim walked out of the shop, Barry mimicked the disabled man again, he approached the victim from the side and sucker-punched him on the side of his face.
Barry fled the scene after the attack.
Barry Robert Baker Jr was later apprehended, arrested and charged with simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct, he posted his $2,500 bond and was released.
